We care about our Electronics so much, and we choose to handle the delivery of Products ourselves to all clients.

We do ship your Electronic Worldwide to the closest Airport in your location after which the Products are then delivered to your home address, so you do not need to leave your home to go and pick up your Product from the Airport. This process is professionally handled by the shipping agent who is in charge of shipping and delivering your Merchandise in Perfect and Safe condition. We choose air transport because it is the fastest with no damage and it is less stressful.

The Products are shipped in shock absorbance Packages completely Sealed to prevent damages during transportation. You need not worry about anything all handled by professionals who are special to do it. The package is labeled with your full delivery information, including home address and phone number, or discreet if you want.

We do issue you the flight and delivery schedule of the Product bought after we ship them so that you should know the time it arrives in your city. Once your Product comes to your home address, we expect you to examine it physically to ensure all is fine before we leave. You shall need your government-issued ID card of the Drivers’ license to identify yourself before signing to collect the Or no package sign-off if requested. Shipping policy for “Standard” shipping rates apply to all orders that do not meet the minimum qualification for free delivery. All orders are shipped for delivery the next business day at no additional charge.

 

When your order ships, you will receive an associate email with the shipping and tracking info. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your order. Optimus Gears will also list your tracking number and provide a delivery confirmation email.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds For Defective Items

If your item is defective (Handling or Damage), we will provide you with the option to exchange or return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or sending of your refund.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Cryptocurrency wallet or original payment method within a certain amount of days (dependent on the payment method).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your Cryptocurrency wallet account, it may take some time before your refund appears on the Blockchain.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged through regular use. If you need to exchange it for the same another, send us an email at sales@optimusgears.com, and we will provide you with further instructions.

You can order and ship as a gift to loved ones, friends, and Family.

Shipping

Please contact us for OUR return shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

It would be best if you considered using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or undeliverable return items.
